FACE is a non-profit organization founded in the United States by a group of lay Catholic entrepreneurs who are committed to integrating Christian principles into their businesses to maximize the development of their talents as part of a global community.

PRESIDENT
Francisco Guía – Vista Alta Impact Investments Founder

Francisco Guía is an economist, entrepreneur, and philanthropist with over 20 years of experience at AXA Financial Group, where he led a team of consultants and was recognized as part of the Elite Leaders group. In 2013, he founded Vista Alta, with operations in the U.S., Mexico, Panama, and Ecuador, focusing on advising, investing in, and promoting companies with social and environmental impact. Alongside his wife Eva, he created the nonprofit PhilantroGuia to foster philanthropy and impact investing in the Latino community. Together, they actively serve the Catholic Church in Miami through various ministries and retreats.

VICE-PRESIDENT
Jorge Cabrera – Presidente de Sumgas

Jorge Cabrera, an electronic engineer by profession, began his career in the oil sector and then moved into medical imaging before entering the HVAC industry, guided by his faith. In the 2000s, he ventured out on his own, founding Ecosum in 2014 and the global brand Sumgas, specializing in natural refrigerants and eco-friendly HVAC solutions. In 2017, he expanded into the European market. Today, his focus is on growth in the Americas, the Caribbean, Asia, and Africa. He is an active member of the Church of the Little Flower, the Schoenstatt movement, and serves on the board of FACE, which he co-founded.

SECRETARY
Pablo Perez – President of Ingenium Development, Inc

Pablo is a specialist in transformation consulting, executive coaching, and strategic process facilitation, with a career focused on strengthening business structures and fostering intergenerational cohesion. He has guided entrepreneurs through complex change processes, integrating family governance strategies and training emerging leaders. With international experience in Corporate Finance, he was a partner at Arthur Andersen & Co in Venezuela. He is a member of the Third Order of the Heralds of the Gospel and serves as a Eucharistic Minister and lector at Epiphany parish in South Miami. He currently serves on the boards of nonprofit organizations such as Amigos Foundation and Simon Bolivar Foundation. As an executive coach, he is known for inspiring leaders to make strategic decisions with lasting impact.

María Carolina Debera

María Carolina is the founder of MCDebera, a company focused on the production of corporate events. Her work centers on helping leaders and teams turn vision into clear, actionable experiences, planned with precision, executed with excellence, and aligned with purpose. Her background in finance and human resources gives her a cross-functional perspective that combines structure, people, and results. María Carolina has been part of St. Louis Catholic Church in Miami for over 18 years. She has participated actively in parish life, consistently supporting all church campaigns and serving in Emmaus and Marriage Covenant retreats.

Carmen de Jongh – Owner of Colfax Realty

Carmen de Jongh, a Real Estate Broker and owner of Colfax Realty, brings over 20 years of experience and a solid background in Finance from Bentley College, supported by a family legacy of more than 40 years in the industry. She is one of Florida’s top agents, specializing in residential, commercial, investment, and relocation services. Deeply committed to her faith, she actively participates in the Emmaus Women’s group and the Prayer and Life Workshop Circle at her parish, Little Flower in Coral Gables. Her comprehensive and ethical approach makes her a trusted ally for both local and international clients interested in real estate opportunities in Miami, Chicago, Evanston, and Panama.

Soly Rodríguez – CEO Paleo Life

Soly Rodríguez, a Venezuelan professional with over 30 years of experience in advertising, has worked with renowned international brands and agencies before founding MK Advertising and later Paleo Life LLC, which develops natural health products. An Emmaus retreat transformed his life, refocusing his priorities on faith, family, and service. Since then, he has actively served at his parish, Saint Katherine Drexel, in international missions, and in communications campaigns for the Archdiocese of Miami and the Schoenstatt Movement. He is also a Eucharistic Minister and a leader in Emmaus and marriage retreats, combining his professional expertise with his spiritual commitment.

Tomás González – CEO de Urban Domus

Tomás González, a Venezuelan engineer and CEO of Urban Domus, has established his firm in Miramar, Florida, as a comprehensive architecture and construction company with nearly two decades of experience. Urban Domus is known for its innovative approach, high quality standards, and use of technologies like BIM, offering full services for residential and commercial projects in South Florida. With certifications such as LEED, OSHA, and General Contractor, the firm has been recognized for its impact on urban development. Beyond his professional work, Tomás is deeply committed to his community and faith, playing a key role in the growth of Saint John XXIII parish and actively participating in several ministries.

Cristobal Paez – Broker-Associate Real Estate Advisor

Cristobal, originally from Colombia and a resident of Weston, FL since 1999, has over 20 years of experience in Florida’s real estate market, specializing in the purchase, sale, and investment of residential and commercial properties. His approach, based on integrity, exceptional service, and client satisfaction, has built a strong base of referrals and repeat clients. Before entering real estate, he worked in the textile and commercial industry in Colombia. After an Emmaus retreat in 2013, he became actively involved in his parish, St. Katherine Drexel, as a volunteer and benefactor. Cristobal holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Catholic University of Colombia.

Olga Braceras – Owner of Fortis Construction Solutions

Olga, a Miami native and daughter of Cuban parents who emigrated in search of freedom and opportunity, spent many years in education before taking on the challenge of supporting her family’s businesses. This led to the founding of Fortis Construction Solutions in 2023, initially as a property management company and later as a licensed construction firm. The company also offers consulting services such as owner representation, bid comparison analysis, and certification coordination. Passionate about mental health, Olga has volunteered with NAMI Miami-Dade and served on the board of the Key Clubhouse of South Florida. Today, she hopes to use her new business role and her experience with FACE to make a broader positive impact.

Ricardo Segovia – Founder of Herseg Corp

Ricardo Segovia is the founder and managing partner of Herseg Corp, a Fintech company specializing in payment processing for regulated entities, and a partner at Arcos Partners, a raw material aggregation project for renewable biofuels. With previous experience in the financial and medical sectors, he has worked with companies like Johnson & Johnson, Cardinal Health, and Procter & Gamble, and has consulted for multinational corporations. Committed to his faith and community, he is an active member of the Emmaus movement and serves at Holy Rosary-St. Richard parish. Ricardo holds a degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an MBA from George Washington University. He lives in Palmetto Bay, Miami, with his wife Ana Margarita Hudde and their four children.

Oscar Gómez – Director & CEO of IntiCo USA

Oscar Gómez is a leader in AI-powered customer experience technology solutions. Before fully dedicating himself to IntiCo, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Banco Santander. He is a prominent figure in entrepreneur forums and Fintech organizations. In 2015, he founded iTalkYou, a digital communications company. In 2019, under his leadership, IntiCo partnered with MyEcobox to drive innovation in recycling and sustainability. A running and mountain biking enthusiast, Oscar holds degrees in Civil Engineering, Systems Engineering, and an MBA. Beyond his professional career, Oscar is an active member of St. Katherine Drexel Parish in Weston, Florida, where he participates in the Emmaus ministry and Perpetual Adoration, dedicating himself to deepening his faith life.
